I had quite a few of your light languages now. This one is the most surprising to me. It puts me to sleep instantly and I don't know why..Hoping it's a good thing. So for now I only listen to it before bed. I am curious to know your perspective on that if possible. Thank you, you are a gem!

Interesting track It changes the feel several times. I felt it resonating with my 3rd Eye maybe half way through, then the resonance changed to my Heart, my High Heart and a bit in my Throat chakra! Got a couple of clear sighted flashes of Aha moments too! Really Good, many thanks again Bridget!

I have so many of Bridget’s tapes and I love them all and use them frequently. I often respond to them physically which is typical for me and energy healing. This one had my body moving the most. It felt very powerful. 😊

I really like this one and it helps when a lot of stuff has been moving and processing and I felt a little too overwhelmed to feel like I properly integrated. A lovely supportive centering one :)
My favorite I love using this one to help me recenter. I use each track with my own intentions and the way my soul and field want to work with them. And they’ve been super supportive allies in shifting my patterns and building more of my own energy in my field, because I’m having fun with these tracks instead of being on socials or something less vibrant and aligned! So thank you Bridget for creating these, they’ve added a lot of space, fun, and the feeling of support to my days :)
This one is beautiful, and I’m excited to keep working with it as an ally as I build deeper communication with nature and the beings around me on the land. I had had this in my library for a couple weeks before listening for the first time — but the first time I had the ping to play it was outside on the morning some wildfire smoke was coming through (and of course may unfortunately impact the wildlife). It was nice to offer that extra support and to keep doing that :)
Really supportive way to start a new pattern in my morning and helps me flow into setting my energy up positively for the day.
