like All your transmissions, some feel more powerful than others but I have noticed that my sleep has improved I feel a sense of happiness thinking I have cleared Karmic cycles within my family that can only be a good thing to do!
Like the infinite abundance and the open to love light language tape I have purchased before the metamorphosis tape has again helped me a lot, especially in moments of very dense transformation and when overthinking and feeling kind of helpless. I am very thankful for this/your work and hope life will repay you in kindness.
The timing is always spot on. This came out when my daughter was packing to leave the country and I was bereft and overwhelmed. Our stress was high decluttering our home and I felt so sad and unmotivated..consciously I know it will all be ok and I’m happy for her but as my only child and how far away she’s going it’s been hard surrendering. I’m so glad I got to have this to support my wobbles. Thank you.

Yes, I love this tape and it’s so needed in the collective right now, and, I had bought all the element tapes in a package a while back and some how never got around to really listening to them till recently. Whoa! The Air element tape is So good! I probably listen to that one the most right now. I really love the ambient music on that one. It puts me right to sleep.

I can say my life has changed for the better since purchasing and listening to this sleep tape a few times. I listen to it while I'm in bed and starting to doze off but not fully asleep. (I'm a light sleeper and wouldn't be able to sleep with this playing on repeat all night.) It could be a coincidence, but just in the span of a week, things in my life have changed in a way that I now feel like I have room to breathe: more financial security, more free time, more personal space.
