It normally takes me a while to fall asleep, but I put this tape on after it was recommended on one of Bridget's tarot videos and after listening for only a few minutes, I knocked out cold (while it was still playing) which has never happened to me before! It was almost like a switch, not a slow ease into sleep. And the dreams I had that night felt like I did a lot of subconscious processing and clearing, and I woke up feeling like a strong energy shift happened, again feeling like a light switch. Excellent - I feel the vibration (the body is water), in a gentle, supportive and encouraging way. A gentle way to let go of patterns whether you know about them or not.
Pattern release light language is so powerful. I saw you in my vision like a samurai, an ancient warrior with a sword cutting all the energy that needs releasing. I felt dizzy at one point. Then I had a vision of me being a dragon and reclaiming my power, and I saw Yeshua too, with his hands open and light coming out of his hands. I also had a vision of roots coming out, like a tree with huge roots that needed to be removed. The imagery was vivid – like deep-rooted stuff is being cleared out. Very visual experiences, with feelings of release and relief at the end.
Second time I listened to the tape, you were a whale talking to me, and I saw communicating dolphins. Overall, very powerful tape. I have noticed shifts in my physical reality with people around me. I felt the mental cycles were gone, and when I met with a couple with whom I had a turbulent relationship with all my life, things have shifted from my perspective; my awareness has changed. Maybe they not so much, but I was approaching the situation differently. I wasn’t so emotionally attached to the situation or what they might have said or done, etc. The tape is very supportive to go through releasing. Thank you 🙏🏻.
