This deeply layered Light Language transmission was created to support the release of guilt and shame, working with the programs, patterns, imprints and illusions that can keep us feeling unworthy, not good enough or unable to fully experience freedom, pleasure and joy within ourselves.

What came through really strongly as I was creating this transmission was that shame isn't who we are. Energetically, it felt more like an imprint or layer over our natural state that creates a deep underlying experience of “not enough.”

Shame can be tricky to pinpoint because it doesn't always consciously feel like shame. It can sit underneath anxiety, sadness, boredom or dissatisfaction, perfectionism, feeling disconnected from pleasure, or the sense that no matter what you do, achieve, receive or have, something is still missing.

These patterns may be connected with childhood, relationships, family and ancestral imprints, or what you understand through a spiritual lens as past lives.

Throughout this transmission, we move intentionally through the entire chakra system from root to crown, working with these themes through each energy centre before completing with an additional clearing of the aura.
