1. Where is my order?
Your order is automatically emailed to you right after purchase.
If you don’t see it:

Check the email address you made the order with, because this is where it will be sent (sometimes people have multiple emails)

Look in your spam or promotions folder

Search for the store name or subject line in your inbox
2. How to Download and Use Your Files
Before reaching out for support, please follow these steps to download and open your files:
✅ If there is one file, it will download as a .mp3 file:

iPhone/iPad: Open with the Files app (built into your device) or another compatible media player app.

Android: The .mp3 should open with the media player that comes with your device (every Android is different). There are also other media players available on the app store.

Computer (Mac/Windows): You can listen to it on Apple Music or any other compatible media player.
✅ If there are multiple files, the files will download as a .zip file:

iPhone/iPad: Open with the Files app (built into your device).

Android: Use a file manager app. If your phone doesn’t open .zip files automatically, try an app like RAR or ZArchiver.

Computer (Mac/Windows): Right-click the file and select "Extract" or "Unzip" (most computers handle .zip files by default).
✅ If you’re having trouble:

Make sure you have enough storage space on your device.

Use a stable internet connection when downloading.

Try a different browser (Chrome works best).

If you’ve only tried on a phone, try downloading on a computer instead.
