How sleep tapes work
Sleep tapes are one of the most effective ways to reprogram your subconscious mind.
Your subconscious mind is the home to your core beliefs, and thought patterns which both serve and hinder us. It controls what we manifest and the script in our lives. Reprogramming the subconscious mind is therefore the most effective path for transformational healing.
The science behind it is during the transition to sleep, your brainwaves go into alpha and theta brainwaves. This state of consciousness is where you are most suggestible and your analytical mind is silenced. Therefore listening to the tape at this time quickly reprograms your subconscious mind without any doubts or limiting beliefs interfering with the work.
How to use your sleep tape
This sleep tape is best played every night during sleep. However, you can use it at any time of the day as a light language tape if you choose to.
You can just play it once as you fall asleep, however, it's ideal to leave it playing on repeat until you wake up. This is because it will also work during the morning as you awaken, and also if you awaken during the night. I've had the best success using my sleep tapes this way.
I recommend listening every night, all night long for up to a year. This is because the benefits are cumulative and you will see changes manifest in your reality over time. Your subconscious mind was programmed at a young age through repetition, therefore you must reprogram it through repetition also.
Additional uses
The purpose of this recording is to help clear deep, subconscious blocks that are typically difficult to access.
